The feeling of Fear (II)

Hey Friends,

I am again here with the topic ‘The feeling of fear’.

If you remember, I asked some Questions in my previous post and promised you that I will try to give best level of answers for those Questions.

So ,

What was our first question?

Did you remember?

1) How we get afraid?

Ans) It is programmed into the nervous system and works like an instinct. From the time we’re infants, we are equipped with the survival instincts necessary to respond with fear when we sense danger or feel unsafe. Fear helps protect us.

Now the 2nd one is

2) what are good or bad impact of Fear on our Health?

Ans) Fear weakens our immune system and can cause cardiovascular damage, gastrointestinal problems such as ulcers and irritable bowel syndrome, and decreased fertility. It can lead to accelerated ageing and even premature death.

Fear weakens our immune system and can cause cardiovascular damage.

Fear leads to some gastrointestinal problems such as Ulcers and irritable bowel syndrome and the main impact of fear is it decreased Fertility and can cause Premature Death also.

What happens in the body because of Fear?

Ans) People often refer to the physiological changes that occur when experiencing fear as the fight-or-flight response. Overall, as the name suggests, the changes prepare the animal to either fight or run.
Breathing rate increases, heart rate follows suit, peripheral blood vessels (in the skin, for instance) constrict, central blood vessels around vital organs dilate to flood them with oxygen and nutrients, and muscles are pumped with blood, ready to react.
Muscles — including those at the base of each hair — also become tighter, causing piloerection, which is colloquially called goosebumps. When a human’s hair stands on end, it doesn’t make much of a difference to their appearance, but for more hirsute animals, it makes them seem larger and more formidable.
Metabolically, levels of glucose in the blood spike, providing a ready store of energy if the need for action arises. Similarly, levels of calcium and white blood cells in the bloodstream see an increase.

Now the 3rd question

3) How we will Overcome the Fear?

Ans) First of all you have to recognize that Fear is a normal evolutionary response.

  1. Identify your Fear.
  2. Recognize that fear can work to your advantage.
  3. Stand with your Fear.
  4. Don’t give up or don’t be loose in front of your Fear.
  5. And learn with your Fear.
  6. When you are feel afraid start taking deep breath it will makes you comfortable .
  7. Doing Exercise.
  8. Start diverting your mind into different activities.
  9. And think  there is only Almighty behind the all things.

And start keep Fear only of Almighty because this Fear prevents you from other unwanted fears.

Now the last question

4) What are the ways to use our fear as our strength?

  1. First find out what is making us so afraid?
  2. Change your thoughts about your Fear.
  3. Practice Mindfulness and meditation.
  4. Be aware but don’t fixate.
  5. Develop personal mantras and affirmations.
  6. Employ logic

Recognize that some fear are healthy such as Almighty’s Fear.

Now, according to my promise it’s time to thoughts and shayries:

“Keep Fear of Almighty only”.

“Fear teches the way of life, you learn to live or to die”.

Now shayries

‘Dar ki pehchan hai ki dar darata hai

Magar humari pechan hai ki hum dar ko dara de

Fark itna hai ki hum dar par haawi nahi

aor dar humare upar hi sawar hai ‘.

‘Kya hai insaan ki zindagi khawahish hai aor thoda dar bhi

Dar khawahish pe haawi  ho raha hai

Aor khawahish insaan par

Ab to bas mar mar ke jeena hai aor jee kar marna bhi’
